Slope Policies
- Minimum standard for main slope usage:
- Ability to use uplift
- Speed control
- Linked turns
If you cannot meet the minimum standard you must have lessons prior to using the slope. Please refer to the Reception desk.
Aberdeen Snowsports Centre reserves the right to ask you to leave the slope if you are deemed unable to meet these requirements.
- No straight running down hill at speed.
- When using the slope please obey all signage. This is for your safety and enjoyment.
- Head protection is compulsory for ALL slope users.
- Only Aberdeen Snowsport Centre instructors are permitted to teach on the slope, unless permission is given by the General Manager.
- All children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst using the slope.
- Patrol/Instructors or a Duty Manager will be on duty at all times for your safety and convenience.
- Gloves, full-length trousers and long sleeve tops must be worn when using the slope.
- Aberdeen Snowsport Centre nor its employees or agents shall be responsible for the death, personal injury or illness of any customer whilst upon the Garthdee Alpine Sports premises.
- Aberdeen Snowsport Centre reserves the right to change the slope policies.
